The Office Assistant is the first point of contact for the office and is also responsible for greeting visitors and dealing with queries from the public and customer and performs other clerical tasks as needed.
Schedule :
Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pmEssential Duties:
Answer all incoming phone calls through the main switchboard and transfer calls to the proper departmentType meeting notes and using Microsoft Outlook to book meetings and conference rooms as needed by managementDistribute and sort mail, collect faxes, and distribute to appropriate department, and prepare overnight letters/packages as directedFile documents and correspondenceCopy materials and distribute mail/fax/scan documentsOrder office suppliesAssist with data entryAssist with keeping the office organizedMaintain Corporate Mailing Lists for email blasts, mail merges and other communicationsDocuments complaints from employees and clients that are received on the main corporate numberHelp coordinate annual office eventsMaintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive informationMaintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the departmentFollows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirementsAbides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedPerformance

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
